The hotel was located short walk to easy access to exit and easy park and the mall. The rooms were big, included a safe box, TV and a microwave oven, I really enjoyed it. The location was strategic and good, close to Sutera Harbour Resort.

The parking was expensive, with an initial fee of RM3 and then RM1 per hour. The elevator was very slow and the mattress was too firm and high.

Secondly, the room was spacious and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a comfortable sofa and Netflix. Lastly, the staff were excellent with their fast response to any issues, like the bedbug incident mentioned in another review.
